Diet is good for some people but i am not one of time.You can loose your weight by eating healthy food also.Take me for an example ,my weight was 90 kg , i was frustrated but then i began to eat healthy and avoid the oily stuff.Today my weight is 75 kg , and i feel good inside my laziness is gone . If i can do that you can do also by eating healthy food regularly.
